SHIPPING POLICIES Fish isn’t fresh if it sits in a truck for two days! We want our customers to receive only the highest quality, freshest possible product. Therefore, all of our products are expertly packed and shipped in specially designed insulated boxes. These boxes are supplied with ample refrigerant to maintain the product in excellent condition. The boxes are then shipped overnight via Federal Express. There are two types of overnight delivery for you to choose. Standard overnight will arrive by the end of the next day, usually up to 7:00 p.m. Priority overnight will arrive by noon the next day. For some remote locations, Standard overnight is not a delivery option. In that case, you will not see Standard Overnight as a shipping option once you enter your zip code during checkout. Only priority overnight is available to remote locations and that is delivery by the end of the next day, usually up to 7:00 p.m. Shipping costs are determined by your zip code and weight of your order. You can determine your exact shipping cost and options by viewing your shopping cart and entering your zip code or going through the checkout process prior to actually committing to buy. If you are purchasing ONLY a gift certificate, please select the In Store Pickup: $0.00 option for shipping so no shipping charges are added. RaceStreetMarket.com ships anywhere within the Continental U.S. We do not deliver to Please note that FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes so you will need to provide a physical address for shipping. Please arrange delivery when someone will be available to receive the package. A signature is preferred for all deliveries, however, if the recipient doesn’t answer the door FedEx may leave the package. RaceStreetMarket.com packs its products well but can not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or spoiled food if left unattended for an extended period or time. (especially in hot climates). ORDER CUT OFF TIMES Once you receive your order we recommend that you unpack the contents as soon as possible and store the seafood in the refrigerator and/or freezer, as appropriate, to maintain optimum freshness. The container your product was shipped in is not suitable for storing your product once it reaches its destination.
